Have you set up your email signature file?
It is surprising how many emails are received with no signature file as part of the email structure. These are easy to set up on systems like Microsoft Outlook and are then added to every email you send out. This keeps your branding consistent and saves so much time.
TOP TIP – I use signature files to create full letters that are sent out more frequently. This means I choose the sig’ file and then amend to suit. I have saved so much time doing this over the years. I hope this tip saves you time.
